2025 Thoughts

Wentworth NH- Just want to say that in December I attended the PRI Show in Indy again, and this one may have been the best one yet for me. I only go to attend the educational seminars and see industry friends. In 2024 I was able to meet the Papp family and learn more about what they do. In between seminars I got to hang out with them. I was able to introduce them to some friends and help them grow their brand to get some marketing partners. That felt very gratifying to see the work these young girls are putting into short track racing. Sophie will be racing at Stafford Speedway on Friday nights during 2025 and other stuff when she can, and Haylee will be racing many different events with her micro program, winged sprint car, dirt midget, and the new All-Star Pavement Midget Series in Indiana at IRP. So good luck to them and
So 2025 is here and I have been working on a few things to make a schedule. We will be again hosting the Granite State Mini Sprints with 8 events. Dates can be found on their website or Facebook page. We are working with some people in the industry to put on a good paying micro event in 2025. The dates available are limited but we would like to get some teams from PA to travel north and check us out. To make this event work it may have to be a Saturday show. Also we will host the New England Wingless Dirt with 8 events. We are working within the dates of Memorial Day to Labor Day. Anything in September has been hard for us to draw both race cars and fans with so many bigger type racing going on as well as the fall season community events in the area. We will again have some dates for the coupes. As for the mods we have not heard to much from any of those teams, just a couple. We have also invited other series that race in the area, such as Crown Vic, and Minivans type racing. We are not against other divisions like some seem to think. Street Stock racing is a great division, we have not been successful with getting cars to have a race. We need to build up our Pro 4 Mini Stock division, this is a great entry style race car and have some fun too. FWD 4 cylinders want to race at our track too. We tried it last year with one event. We also tried Late Models. Like I always have said to anyone who reaches out to me. Lets have a meeting to discuss what we can do to put on a race. We get everything from winged sprint cars to enduro racing it just has to work for our facility. What works at other tracks may not work here. For many reasons, and really none of the ones you read in comments on social media.
What we need is help in, is team members people who want to help us put on events on Friday nights, everything from ticketing, social media, track crew, and more. We have a racetrack let have fun with it.
