Sprint Cars of New England

2021 WINTER NEWS and NOTES

Just a little update on what is going on with Sprint Cars of New England. We had a series meeting on January 23 which was well attended by the teams. Things discussed were our schedule, rules, sponsorships, etc. SCoNE has been working on the schedule and hoping to have around 15 events in 2021. We have reached an agreement with two of our hosting tracks and still working with others. Once the schedule has been completed you will see it here first. Tracks may release what they have but for the full schedule come back here and check. SCoNE is currently working on rewriting the rule book for the series to add revisions and slight changes to keep up to date. Once approved by the board they will be posted on this website and handed out to teams. Registrations have started so please get in touch for forms and number request. Sorry but we do not have them online yet and working on doing so. Contact us at racingscone@gmail.com and we will get you what you need.
SCoNE would like to welcome some partners back for the 2021 racing season. FK Rod Ends from Southington CT, is back with us for the third year as a Heat Race Sponsor. O'Reilly Auto Parts is back for the third year as a Heat Race Sponsor. We are happy to have two really good racing sponsors for these heat races. MPI Steering wheels will be back with SCoNE for the 2021 season with the gift of a MPI steering wheel . Pro Shocks will be returning also. We are still working on the contingency program and not sure how things will be done as of now. Also SCoNE will be working with a new partner for 2021, with Hart's Turkey Farm of Meredith NH. Hart's is a landmark business in central NH and we are proud to partner our series with a great local small business. SCoNE should have an announcement hopefully soon on some other things we are working on for sponsorship. We also have many packages still available for sponsorship. Please help us if you can . SCoNE can work with any size budget and like always it all goes back to the teams and running the series.
A few stats from our 2020 racing season , these are shared with us from Sprint Car Ratings. You can visit their website at SprintCarRatings.com and follow on there social media pages.

SCoNE STATS FROM 2020:

Average winning starting position : 3.9
Winner from pole position: 11%
Winner from front row: 33%
Winner from top two rows: 67%
Winner from top three rows: 89%

Car count has a lot to do with stats and we hope to grow our series car count with sponsorship and such programs we are trying. If you know anyone looking to join us share the contact info.. Dirt track racing with SCoNE is fun and no stress. Show up , race, have fun , go home its pretty easy . Always send your thoughts and comments.

Come Back Soon
