Green Flag for 3 nights of racing
Hello ,
Who is ready to start the 2020 Sprint Cars of New England season. Well I would say everyone. So here we go starting on Thursday 7/2 at Devil's Bowl Speedway in West Haven VT with a great night of racing . This race will allow fans in attendance with limited seats available in various ways to watch the races . There will be 3 sections open in the main grandstand , there will be drive-in type seating with your vehicle in the infield . These tickets must be purchased ahead of the event on the tracks website. Pit passes will be sold as normal at the pit sign in booth and open to all. This will be the only appearance by SCoNE this season due to COVID-19. So if you want to see the fastest sprint cars in New England come to Devil's Bowl Speedway on Thursday 7/2.
On Friday night 7/3 we head across the state line to RumTown Speedway in Wentworth New Hampshire. RumTown Speedway is also allowing fans to attend this event as the state of NH has opened up race tracks for 50% capacity. Grandstand and pit passes available at the track ticket window.
Then on Saturday 7/4 we celebrate the fourth of July at Bear Ridge Speedway in Bradford VT. Unfortunately I am not sure what the guidelines are at this time but encourage you to go on the tracks website and facebook page for details.
Each track due to its location may have different mask and social distancing guidelines so you should be prepared for what ever they require.
This is our first week of racing and racing three nights in row is not the ideal way to start a race season . So this will not be our Triple Crown event . Depending on what happens with the remainder of our season we will come up with a way to reward teams and make the best out of a tough year , not knowing what is next with the schedule.
