Donnelly claims KONDRAT KUSTOM'S SPRINT NIGHT at RumTown Speedway

Chris Donnelly of Piermont, NH. is a hard man to beat when he is in his race car. But Saturday evening at RumTown Speedway in Wentworth , NH. for Kondrat Kustom's Sprint night Donnelly was a hard man to beat in a borrowed race car. At the last event at Devil's Bowl Speedway Donnelly had trouble with the # 17 and had to park it . This week he borrowed his former car from team mate #24 Jordan Fornwalt and " Parked It " in victory lane . It was the first visit of the year for the Sprint Cars of New England presented by Green Mountain Gear Heads at RumTown Speedway on a very hot and humid evening with temps nearing 100 degrees . The last SCoNE race had some attrition problems and only 7 cars were on hand for this event . Jake Williams in the Timber Buyer #73 won the FK Rod Ends / O'Reilly Auto Parts heat race . In the Kondrat Kustom's feature event all 30 laps were run nonstop under green flag conditions with Chris Donnelly in the Fornwalt excavation #24 , followed by #61 Will Hull , and #73 Jake Williams trackside after the checkered flag . Following them were #5 Mike Kondrat , #69k Floyd Billington , #58 Clay Dow , and #6x Mark Cole . The next race is Saturday 7/27 at Bear Ridge Speedway which will be the make up race for the 7/6 rain out event . Hope to see you there .
