Legion Speedway

2024 Schedule

Wentworth, NH- Our 2024 schedule is now posted on here on our website. As we go into our third year of promoting Legion Speedway, we continue to grow NH's only weekly dirt track. We have some new partners to promote and hoping you racers and race fans support them when you can. With eight rain outs last year it was not what wanted but, you can't fight the weather. With the economy going the way it is we just hope we can have a good season and continue to grow this facility. Our car counts are low and do not hide that, we try to build relationships with teams and fans to support what we do and try and build. The fans of Legion Speedway have been great and understand what we are trying to do. We get many emails and such that are positive and they like how hard we a trying to deliver some fun and affordable entertainment. We have ten races for the Coupe Mods , which seem to enjoy racing at Legion and were beat up last season with rain at the track. We will again bring back the Modified division for seven events. The Modifieds put on some good racing during 2023 and with some better rules in place, maybe it will help the racing. The Pro-4 division will also see a ten race schedule, this is a division can that could be a great entry level for a racer who just want to try dirt track racing and have some fun. There is a slight change of things in the two open wheel divisions that race here at Legion. The Non Wing Sprint Car division will now be run by Dan Bowne and the reforming of Wingless Auto Club. This should not show much change than what we have been doing, but now someone can dedicate more time to those racers. It will be the same for the Outlaw Midget Dan has started the Independent Outlaw Midgets Club, for the same reasons and hopefully those drivers support those classes with cars and such. Some of the reason for those changes is Legion Speedway is looking for help to many things associated with a race track , including Pit Steward, Race Director, Ticket takers, General help. Send us an email if your willing to help work in some way on a Friday night from June to mid September.

We have July 12th as a TBA , which means we only have the Modifieds as of now. We are talking with some other divisions, and series. It does look good for a Street Stock type event on that night as of now. If you run a Dirt Stock, Street Stock type car and interested in racing on that night please email us at legionspeedway@gmail.com

The Divisions so far are:
Coupe Mods 10 Race Dates
Pro-4's 10 Race Dates
Modifieds 7 Race Dates
Granite State Mini Sprints 8 Race Dates
Wingless Auto Club 10 Race Dates
Independent Outlaw Midget Club 8 Race Dates
