Legion Speedway
CAR SHOW and PRACTICE 5/20
Wentworth, NH - This Saturday Legion Speedway will hold car show and practice for competitors. Show will start around 11:00 am and will take place in the grass parking lot. Come show off your new 2023 colors and see your racing friends. On track practice will take place from 2 - 5 pm. Transponders and driver radios will available. We do have to set some rules on this event due to ongoing project work and insurance. Please read the following and let us know if you have any questions. All race cars will be held in the parking lot. There will be no trucks, trailers, or race cars allowed in pit area. Once practice is ready to roll out we will get you to the track through a traffic lane. Push vehicles will be allowed to get race cars to track. Most likely it will be one or two cars at a time on track. All crew members and spectators will be allowed in turns 3 and 4 grandstands only. There is no fee to practice or watch on track practice. Everyone entering beyond the ticket booth will be required to sign a release waiver.
The facility is not race ready at this time , but Dan will have the track in decent shape for the teams to shake the cars down. We are only doing this to help the racers supporting the track that have asked for track time. Please bear with us as we get things ready for June 2nd.
